If your home internet and cell phone come from the right pair of companies, one of them takes money off your internet bill every month. The catch: it usually isn't automatic. You have to link the accounts, and the steps are scattered through carrier fine print.
Shelby hears this question a lot, so here's who qualifies, what you get and how to claim it. Every amount and rule below comes from the carriers' own pages as of September 30, 2026, linked so you can double-check.

The short version: Frontier pairs with Verizon. Kinetic pairs with AT&T. Mix them up, like Frontier with AT&T, and there's no discount.
Frontier Fiber + Verizon: $15 a month ($180 a year)
Verizon calls this the Mobile + Home Discount. Our Frontier Is Now a Verizon Company post covers the merger itself.
Every Frontier plan we offer, from 1 Gig up, already comes with a 5-year price guarantee and Whole-Home Wi-Fi at no extra charge. The Verizon discount is separate from that.
Who qualifies
- Internet: a residential Frontier Fiber plan of $20 a month or more after all current promotions and discounts, before taxes and fees. Frontier says most fiber plans qualify, and every plan we offer, 1 Gig and up, clears that easily.
- Phone: any Verizon standard monthly smartphone or basic phone plan. Employee, business and data-only plans don't count.
- You: the Account Owner or Account Manager on the Verizon account, registered for My Verizon.
- Timing: both services fully installed and activated before you enroll.
What you get
- $15 a month off your Frontier bill. It's $15 per Frontier account, not per phone line. A Verizon account can't link more than one Frontier account.
- Up to $10 a month toward one paid perk, like Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads) or YouTube Premium, credited on your Verizon bill. This needs Frontier Fiber 2 Gig, 5 Gig or 7 Gig, or the fastest plan at your address. Promotional perks don't count.
- Priority customer support with Verizon.
The fine print
- Your bills stay separate, and late payment on one account doesn't affect service on the other.
- Both accounts have to stay active and in good standing. If either one is suspended without billing, the discount is suspended too.
- Cancel either service and the discount ends. Change plans and you keep it, as long as the Frontier plan stays at $20 or more.
- The $15 has no expiration date. It keeps coming as long as both accounts stay active and in good standing. Like any carrier program, Verizon can still change or end it down the road.
- Prepaid and Value brand customers get a separate Value + Home Discount. It's also $15 a month, with its own enrollment, and questions go to your Value brand.
- Verizon One plans aren't eligible, and Verizon One pairs with Fios or Verizon's wireless home internet, not Frontier.
How to link Frontier and Verizon
Have these ready: your Verizon mobile number and billing ZIP, your My Verizon login, your phone for a one-time PIN, and the email address on your Frontier account. Frontier says that email is under My Account / My Profile / Contact Information on frontier.com, or Account Settings in the MyFrontier app.
- Wait until Frontier Fiber is installed and your Verizon line is active.
- Go to Frontier's enrollment hub at frontier.com/mobile-plans. With a Verizon postpaid plan, pick Standard monthly plan, which opens Verizon's enrollment page. On Verizon Prepaid or a Value brand? Pick Prepaid plan, choose Frontier Fiber on the next page and follow that page's steps.
- (Postpaid) On Verizon's enrollment page, verify your mobile number and billing ZIP.
- (Postpaid) Verify your Frontier account with the email on file and the one-time PIN.
- (Postpaid) Enroll. Verizon runs a few more checks and emails a confirmation once the discount is applied.
- (Postpaid) On 2 Gig or faster? Add a paid perk in My Verizon under Products & plan perks. The credit applies automatically.
Signing up for Verizon postpaid while you already have Frontier? Verizon may ask you to verify your Frontier account at checkout.
How long until the credit shows up?
The $15 lands on your Frontier bill 1 to 2 billing cycles after your enrollment is processed. The perk credit hits your Verizon bill on the same timeline.
What if it doesn't show up?
- Frontier account won't verify, or the PIN locked you out: contact Frontier to confirm the email, phone number, last name and service address on file, then try again.
- Two billing cycles and no $15: Verizon's program terms list 1-800-922-0204.
- Or skip the hold music: text us at (903) 664-8681 with your Frontier account number and the Verizon number you enrolled. Shelby follows up personally, by text or phone. Never text a password or PIN.
Kinetic + AT&T: $20 a month ($240 a year)
AT&T bills the wireless separately, and the $20 credit lands on your Kinetic bill for up to 24 months.
Who qualifies
- Internet: new or existing Kinetic customers. Kinetic excludes its 100 Mbps fiber plan, which we don't sell, so every Kinetic plan we offer, 1 Gig and up, qualifies.
- Phone: a new or existing AT&T postpaid wireless phone plan. AT&T Prepaid doesn't count.
- Same billing address on your AT&T and Kinetic accounts.
- New to Kinetic? Activate your AT&T wireless within 90 days to get the credit as a new customer.
What you get and the fine print
- A $20 monthly credit on your Kinetic bill, one per bundle account, not per line.
- Kinetic's offer terms say up to 24 months while you keep both services. Its FAQ says guaranteed for at least two years.
- Cancel either service and the credit ends. Kinetic can change or end the offer at any time.
- AT&T's own fees and taxes apply on the AT&T bill.

How to claim it if you already have AT&T
Have these ready: the name on your Kinetic account, your Kinetic account number, the email on your Kinetic account and your AT&T wireless number.
- Get Kinetic installed. Every plan we offer, 1 Gig and up, qualifies.
- Open Kinetic's AT&T Bundle Discount form.
- Enter those four things and hit Submit.
- Watch your Kinetic bill. The credit appears once Kinetic confirms your services, in most cases by your second bill.

If you're new to AT&T
On Kinetic's AT&T deals page, the Shop AT&T deals button under "Already with Kinetic?" shows AT&T's offers. If you're also new to Kinetic, activate the AT&T line within 90 days, per Kinetic's terms. Kinetic says credit timing depends on your AT&T activation date. If it's missing by your second Kinetic bill, submit the form above with your new number.

What about Brightspeed?
As of September 30, 2026, Brightspeed's website doesn't list a cell phone bundle or wireless discount. Its add-ons are WiFi Protection, Whole Home WiFi, Total Home Tech Support and Brightspeed Voice home phone service. On Brightspeed there's nothing to link, so pick your cell carrier on coverage and price.

Simplicity became Verizon's main plan in June 2026, and Verizon says myPlan is still available for folks who want tiers. Worth knowing:
- Auto Pay on Simplicity is $10 a month per line, paid from checking, savings or a Verizon Visa Card. Enroll within 30 days.
- The $30 price needs a $15 line discount. Bring a Number is automatic when you move your number from another carrier, and it lasts while the line stays on Simplicity. Switch & Save is only for lines coming from AT&T Prepaid, Boost, Consumer Cellular, Cox, Cricket, Metro, Optimum, T-Mobile for Business or a Verizon Value brand. It needs a copy of your current bill and has no end date while the line stays active. You get one or the other per line. Coming from a carrier that isn't on that list and taking a new number? Neither $15 discount applies.
- Already on Verizon? Moving to Simplicity moves every line on the account. If you're paying off a phone on a discounted Verizon device payment deal, Verizon says you lose that discount and pay the full monthly device charge. Check before you switch.
- New lines: Verizon lists a $40 activation fee per line, waived if you opt in to Verizon Loyalty in the My Verizon app.
- myPlan prices change from time to time, so we'll price your actual household.
How it stacks with Frontier
Verizon lists the Mobile + Home Discount among the discounts that work with Simplicity. Say a household switches two lines from another carrier and keeps their numbers: that's $30 a line with Auto Pay and the Bring a Number or Switch & Save discount, or $60 a month for phones plus taxes and fees, and $15 a month off the Frontier bill. On Frontier 2 Gig or faster, add one paid perk and up to $10 of it comes back as a credit.
Happy with your current carrier? Your fiber works the same either way.

Do Verizon customers get a discount on Frontier internet?
Yes. With a Verizon postpaid phone plan, Verizon takes $15 a month off your Frontier Fiber bill. The Frontier plan has to be $20 a month or more, and every plan we offer, 1 Gig and up, clears that. Prepaid and Value brand customers can get $15 through Value + Home. Either way, you have to enroll.
Does the Verizon discount on Frontier expire?
No. The $15 has no expiration date. It keeps coming as long as both your Verizon and Frontier accounts stay active and in good standing.
How do I link my Verizon and Frontier accounts?
Once both services are active, go to frontier.com/mobile-plans. With a Verizon postpaid plan, pick Standard monthly plan, verify your Verizon number and billing ZIP, verify Frontier with the email on file and a one-time PIN, then enroll. You must be the Verizon Account Owner or Account Manager. On Verizon Prepaid or a Value brand, pick Prepaid plan instead.
Does Visible or Straight Talk count for the Frontier discount?
Yes. Verizon's Value brands, including Visible, Straight Talk, Total Wireless and Verizon Prepaid, get a $15 a month Value + Home discount through their own enrollment page.
Is Kinetic owned by AT&T?
No. They're separate companies with a bundle deal. You get two bills, and the $20 credit lands on your Kinetic bill.
Does AT&T Prepaid get the Kinetic discount?
No. Kinetic's terms exclude AT&T prepaid plans. You need an AT&T postpaid wireless plan, new or existing, at the same billing address as your Kinetic account.
How much do the bundle discounts save in a year?
