We are not an internet service provider. We do not own, operate, or maintain any network infrastructure. All internet service is delivered by the carrier provider selected and installed by that carrier. Your service agreement, billing, and ongoing support relationship will be directly with the ISP once service is established.

Pricing and Availability Disclaimer

All pricing displayed on our website represents starting prices for qualifying locations only and is not guaranteed. Actual plan availability and pricing depends on your specific address, the service providers active in your area, and current promotional offers — all of which are subject to change without notice.

We make no warranty that any specific plan, price, or provider will be available at your address. Final pricing and plan details will be confirmed directly with the internet service provider prior to service activation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Timberline Fiber Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Pricing discrepancies between displayed prices and final ISP quotes
• Service interruptions, outages, or quality issues after installation
• Installation delays or scheduling issues caused by ISP carriers
• Inaccuracies in service availability maps or coverage information
• Actions or omissions of third-party internet service providers

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount of any fees paid to Timberline Fiber Group LLC by you directly, which in most cases is zero as our service to end consumers is provided at no charge.

No Guarantee of Service

Submitting a form or speaking with a Timberline Fiber representative does not guarantee that you will receive internet service, that a particular provider will approve your application, or that installation will be scheduled within any particular timeframe. All service activations are subject to the policies and approval processes of the respective ISP.

Acceptable Use
